What is CBD Isolate Extract?
Cannabidiol in its purest, most refined form possible; it is CBD in its strongest and most concentrated form. Its uses are more versatile than any other form of Cannabis, as it may be consumed in many different applications (detailed below). It is extracted strictly from high-CBD content flower strains of Hemp Cannabis (refer to “Cannabis Defined” and “Cannabis Strains” section). It contains less than one percent of THC, which is the psychoactive component that makes Cannabis federally illegal. It is a crystalline form; CBD Isolate crystals are a fine white powder that only contains the Cannabidiol chemical compound; it has no flavor or odor.
The Benefits of Isolate and the Effects
Isolate is the best form to medicinally use as it has the least side effects. It works efficiently with a vast range of *chronic disorders for ME and the side effects thereof, because of its potency. It is not habit forming, *it can be used BY ME to successfully wean off other addictions, street drugs and pharmaceuticals. *I can transition off harmful pharmaceutical drugs along with street drugs, that you can easily overdose on - even cause death. *It is not possible to overdose or cause death. The worst that can happen if too much is ingested, is nausea and vomiting. To date, there are no fatalities caused or associated with the overdose of Cannabis. In other words, it cannot kill you. It has no off-putting scents or flavors. Works well for the entire body, internally and externally, mentally and physically, preventing, *treating, relieving FOR ME; it can be utilized and consumed in more ways than any other form of Cannabis, it is also water soluble and easy to integrate into many products. Because Isolate has no THC content , it is safe to legally consume in all 50 of the United states.

It has very few side effects, none of them are harmful. Isolate may make a person drowsy, but not enough to where I am sluggish in the morning. Generally the individual will feel refreshed due to it’s replenishing properties. It works to restore the Cannabinoids that naturally occur in the body, a person may be lacking or missing. CBD Isolate is a newer recognized progressive alternative way of medicating.
How It's Made, How Isolate is Extracted
The RSHO™ CBD Isolate process removes all of the oils, plant material, waxes, chlorophyll, most importantly leaving behind only the pure Cannabidiol, in crystal form. CBD Isolate is extracted from non-GMO, organically grown hemp flower that we, HHC grow ourselves. Using supercritical CO2, a process generally regarded as safe (GRAS) by the FDA. The CBD Isolate extraction process produces a botanical concentrate that includes the cannabinoids, fatty acids, and other plant material found naturally in hemp plants. This is a crude oil. The hemp crude oil is then purified using a process to filter plant material and then winterized (freezed). Bioindustry speaking for the cooling down of oil to remove impurities and distilling it, (Distillate detailed below) to remove any excess waxes, producing a pure isolate powder with 99% pure Cannabidiol.
Orally Ingested, Internally -- through the stomach into the bloodstream
Aromatically Inhaled, Externally and Internally -- medicine is delivered through the lungs to the bloodstream, inhaled from topical applications. HHC supplies topical solutions that can be used aromatically.
Who Extracts and Tests Our Isolate Extract, Utilized in Our Products?
To ensure the superior quality, integrity and reliability of our CBD Isolate products, we adhere to Triple Lab Tested™ standards that all Hemp plants and extracts must go through, according to the regulations required by the CDA (Colorado Department of Agriculture). The lab testing process uses ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited testing labs to carefully examine their products. They test EVERYTHING along the cultivation and development process; raw dried Hemp flower, CBD Isolate and Distillate Extract-based products, that we in-turn use as the medicinal components offered in all our Colorado Hemporium Cannabis products. Their labs test for an accurate concentration of THC excluded, CBD (and other beneficial cannabinoids) content levels, as well as the presence of harmful toxins such as mold, mildew, fungus, heavy metals, minerals and residual solvents that could be left over from the extraction process. This is to protect EVERYBODY involved in the process, specifically for our customers to ensure a superior product protected from any possible contamination. The CBD Isolate Extract is sourced from Crescent Canna, the facility, processing and testing information below:

What is Herbally-Infused Tincture?
Extracted through the infusion of cannabis into a carrier oil that is consumed orally. Tincture by definition, is a liquid that has been infused with herbs. Our tincture base is made with palm derived vegetable glycerin liquid, as the medicinal carrier. It is vegan, organic and sweet in flavor. It has a syrup consistency similar to honey. It is meant to be consumed by ingesting (internal use), and vegetable glycerin can be substituted for most cooking oils. We legally grow all the cannabis we use as the medicative herbal element in all our products. It can be utilized in any cooking application or integrated into other edibles. The liquid is infused with dried and cured cannabis flower through slow heating.
The Benefits of Tincture
Consumed orally, the benefits of our tincture are very broad. It is the most mild way to medicate internally, and there is a wide range of uses. *It helps ME relax, relieve common aches and pains, it helps my insomnia and anxiety. It is not habit forming. It is also the most affordable solution to naturopathic medicating. It is also safe for everybody no matter how minor or chronic the purpose for consumption in this form. It only has two ingredients, you can determine your own dosage either via bottle dropper, oral syringe or gel capsules; there are numerous ways to ingest it by also integrating into food and drinks -- edibles and cooking with.

Effects of the Tincture
Every single person metabolizes medicine differently. This is why it is incredibly important to start off slow and low, follow the directions, remain safe… remain feeling good. The effects will also be different for each person but it will not generally alter your state of mind. Taking tincture is the most mild way to medicate internally. It can be used in unison with other products when used with caution and in realistic moderation, depending on your ailment. *Initial side effects include drowsiness, relief from pain and worries - leads to happiness.
How Tincture is Made, My Recipe and Formula
It is a 3:4 ratio of cannabis to vegetable glycerin. I start by choosing the Cannabis strain, which is Hemp or low THC-hybrid strains for full-spectrum needs. I grind the flower, produced by the Cannabis plant, and I use 1 - ounce of cannabis (measured in weight) to every 5 ⅓ cups of glycerin (measured in volume). I then decarboxylate the ground flower for 25 minutes in an oven heated to 205 degrees. Decarboxylating is the process of activating the medicine in the cannabis through means of slow baking -- this is necessary to utilize the full benefits of the cannabis through this way of medicating. I then add the heated, ground flower to the glycerin. I slowly heat the mixture for 24 hours at low temperature. It must be heated slow enough to prevent the plant matter from burning. After it’s cooking period, I triple-strain the plant material out of the glycerin. There will be some residual plant material that builds on the bottom, there is nothing wrong with that and is also safe to consume. The tincture is left to slowly cool at which point it can be bottled. There is no shelf life on this product and it does not expire. Store in a cool, dark place to preserve potency.
How Tincture is Measured, How Much Medicine it Actually Has
The ratio of cannabis product to liquid ounce breaks down to 3g to 2.7oz liquid after infusion, which means we see a loss of 30% of liquid (⅓ of the liquid we started with) through the process, yielding to roughly 70% of the original liquid volume. That means the dosage turns out to be approximately 1100 mg (1.1 grams) of medicine per liquid ounce of tincture.
The tincture is measured in volume. It is bottled into dropper bottles, making dispensing of the amount of the product easy and flexible on your own accord. Tincture can also be capsulated or dispensed into 1 mL syringes (upon request), depending on your preference of how to ingest the product. Consult pricing guide or contact us to inquire about cost.
Vegetable Glycerin vs. MCT (Coconut) Carrier Oils
After infusion we see a yield that has a loss of approximately 20-25% when using vegetable glycerin, that is a significant loss in product and cost. We only see a loss of about 12% when using MCT oil. MCT Oil’s viscosity and chemical breakdown allows for a higher absorption of cannabinoids; it is approximately twice the strength of the vegetable glycerin with these numbers. Ultimately the MCT Oil is a better product for the same price– but it tastes much worse! So I encapsulate it, it is nutty compared to the sweetness of the VG oil. MCT Oil is more versatile to cook with. The VG however, may be a better product when utilized in topical products, giving a “silkier smooth” finish.

What is CBD Distillate Oil Extract?
CBD Distillate oil is not quite as strong as Isolate, it is a very viscous oil, it is not water soluble. Using the distill in cooking and eating applications doesn’t necessarily work, as it remains separate. It is very bitter and sour in taste; individuals generally prefer the oil in gel capsule form, where dosing can be measured consistently.
It is important to note that non-solvent and solvent-free are completely different terms and describe completely different products. Always be sure to consider the naming conventions of the product you are buying so you can understand the extraction process and what you are putting into your body.

The Benefits of Distillate and the Effects
CBD Distillate oil has many of the same benefits as CBD Isolate, although it is not used as diversely and is consumed differently. The medicine isn’t as strong as Isolate so it is easy to use for *conditions that aren’t chronic, and therefore is more affordable and common to use. The oil is legal as long as the THC content is below 3% of the end product oil. The side effects are basically the same as Isolate as well, only distillate seems to irritate the stomach more easily. It is also still potent, so if too much Distillate is ingested it can make the individual nauseous and sick to the stomach. Suggested use for adults over the age of 21.
How CBD Distillate Oil Is Made
Distillate uses an extraction process called “short path distillation” that separates and refines molecules and contaminants to create a clean, almost clear concentrate. The oil can be distilled at much lower temperatures than a typical molecular distillation process. A variety of extraction methods have been developed for decades within the industry, the most common of which use the solvents butane, propane, CO2 and alcohol. A solvent is essentially any chemical liquid that dissolves a product into a solution. Cannabis distillates, however, are created using a short path distillation technique that differs from typical solvent extraction. Heat vaporizes THC and CBD, bringing the vapor into a cooling system for consolidation and eventual collection into beakers. This process is repeated over and over again to create pure cannabinoids without chlorophyll, plant matter or residual solvents; the extraction is CBD Distillate Concentrate medicinal oil which is the product left behind.
